David Guetta and Justin Bieber Team Up To Make Victoria Secret Music Video
I will admit that I have not heard a David Guetta song since “Titanium”, but “2U” is simply groovy. In partnership with Victoria Secret, David Guetta released a new music video featuring Justin Bieber.
The song is captivating, not only because of the stunning models in the video, but the perpetuating beat makes it a perfect song to dance to. My favourite part is the beat drop at the chorus, which is absolutely irresistible.
I am not usually a huge fan of Justin Bieber songs but this one is definitely on its way to becoming a hit.
However, as catchy as the song is, it sounds like every other pop song on the Billboard Top 100 right now. It lacks the freshness and uniqueness that most avid music-listeners seek. After listening to it a few times, I started becoming tired of its receptiveness and similar melodies. It is hard to differentiate “2U” from other current pop songs, which is a sad pitfall.
